This year when we reviewed our employee benefits options, we focused not only on providing quality medical plans but also on controlling the cost and financial risk for our employees.
During Open Enrollment, you can update your benefits and add or remove dependents for 2025.
Remember, this is your only opportunity to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event.

This year will be a passive enrollment, which means if no changes are made, your current benefits elections will rollover.

Open Enrollment is October 18 - 31!
Key Highlights:

Online enrollment is through Employee Navigator.

GenerationYou will replace Quantum Health as your care advocate for the medical plans beginning January 1, 2025.

If you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan, your deductible applies to virtual telehealth services, including Teladoc and Talkspace. After you meet your deductible, these services are free.

Virta Health offers weight management, prediabetes and type 2 diabetes reversal programs, 100% paid for on your behalf.

Hinge Health, a virtual physical therapy care benefit, is available for your back, joint and muscle pain.
You will have access to Quantum Health through December 2024.
GenerationYOU will replace Quantum Health beginning January 2025!
